Please note that the following terms apply to all room reservations:
In the event of a canceled reservation, a 10% surcharge of the total booking amount will be deducted from the refund, provided cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, a 20% charge of the total booking amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed promptly after cancellation, minus the applicable surcharge
